3. I already had supplier, can you help to manage our purchasing with this supplier?
Certainly, for clients who already had suppliers in Vietnam and want to use our service, we can help to maintain and follow up their purchasing with these existing suppliers if they are in range of our network
4. I’m interested in your services and want to use it, what should I do?
It's very simple, all you have to do is fulfill all necessary information in our contact form together with your detailed requirements and send to us. We will contact you to get more information (if needed) and do all the rest
5. What is the quality standard applied in your procedures?
HACCP is the key standard in our audit and inspection procedures
6. Can I discuss with you in details my criteria and product specifications?
Yes of course, the standard is adaptable base on requirements of each buyer, so you can discuss in details the criteria and specifications of your product to ensure that we understand your standards thoroughly
7. What information does your Factory Audit Report include?
Our report is very detailed and illustrated with pictures, it includes all information which will help you have clear image about supplier such as:
- Size of company
- Facility and equipment of factory
- Source of material
- Production capacity
- Skill of workers
- Quality management system
8. Who approve or reject the shipment?
As your agent, Vina Seafood Co., Ltd must be given full power to approve or reject the shipment. However, In sensitive cases, at the earliest opportunity Vina Seafood Co., Ltd shall notify the Customer in writing of such events and circumstances and seek further instructions.
9. Which area do you cover?
At the moment our network covers all provinces in the Mekong Delta, Ho Chi Minh City and Ba Ria Vung Tau where supply over 80% of seafood volume of the whole country. Please click here to find more details about our network
10. What if my supplier is in other area or province?
For the security of your product's quality, we have to say sorry if your supplier is not in our covered areas
11. How is the service prices?
The cost varies depend on what kind of container, quantity of your order and you are a regular or pass by customer. Please click here to find more details about our service prices
12. Do you offer any discount?
Absolutely, we have special discount for our regular clients or clients who have big orders. The discount rate can be up to 20% or more
13. How can I pay?
- For regular clients: the payment shall be done on monthly basis. At the end of month, a
summary invoice will be sent to clients and payable upon receipt
- For new clients: payment shall be made after each shipment
14. What happen in case there is trouble of cargo on delivery?
Vina Seafood shall execute its duties with a reasonable degree of care, diligence, skill and judgment, however it is hardly to avoid making mistake. In case there is trouble with cargo on delivery, and if it is proven that we are the root of the issue, depend on the seriousness of damage, we will refund all service fee and compensate up to 5 times of service price as our responsible guaranty with clients.
